Record or upload a session and Mnemia transcribes it, drafts the recap, suggests homework, and writes you a brief for next time. Audio is never stored; only the words remain, encrypted. Every word stays yours to edit.

With AI off

You write the session up yourself, in the same structure, in the same shared space. Recaps, homework, and history all work exactly the same. Nothing about Mnemia gets smaller.

The choice is enforced on our servers, not just in the interface. If a client hasn’t said yes, AI never touches their sessions.

Privacy & trust

Private by design.

Coaching conversations are some of the most sensitive there are. Mnemia is built to treat them that way.

Encrypted by default

Session content and notes are encrypted at rest. Audio is never stored: it is transcribed, then discarded. Only the words remain, encrypted.

Kept in Switzerland

Your data lives in Switzerland, and AI processing stays within Switzerland and the EU. Your sessions are never sold or used to train public AI models.
