Mnemia is designed around the safeguards of the Swiss nDSG and, where applicable, the GDPR. Session content is encrypted at rest, original audio is processed transiently, and coaches and clients have clear routes to access, export, correct, or erase data, subject to lawful retention. Your stored data remains in Switzerland. For AI processing, Mnemia deliberately uses named providers in Switzerland and the EU. You can see each company involved and its processing location on our sub-processors page. See our sub-processors.

Yes. AI is a per-client choice, not a condition. The client is asked only when an AI feature first becomes relevant, can change their mind later, and the choice is enforced on our servers. With AI off, you write the session up yourself in the same structure and shared space.
Permission and visibility are built into Mnemia. Each client chooses whether AI touches their sessions and separately authorises recording. A receipt follows the actual choice. Clients have clear routes to access, export, correct, or erase data, subject to lawful retention. Your private notes and reflections are never shown to them. Talk to us.
