Mnemia creates continuity in your practice. Sessions, recaps, insights, homework, and next-session context stay connected in one record, so you can stay present with your client and carry the work forward.
Coaches and similar practitioners, and their clients. If your work runs on conversations and on what happens between them, Mnemia is built for you.
Mnemia is designed around the safeguards of the Swiss nDSG and the GDPR. Session content is encrypted at rest, audio is transcribed and then discarded, and coaches and clients can access, export, or erase their data. The Privacy Policy explains the details and your rights. Read our Privacy Policy.
Your stored data remains in Switzerland. For AI processing, Mnemia deliberately uses named providers in Switzerland and the EU. You can see each company involved and its processing location on our sub-processors page. See our sub-processors.
The platform, every client, and manual use stay free. Six full-tooling sessions are included, then each successfully completed session costs CHF 2, capped at CHF 69 per month. See pricing.
Enter your email and create your account. Setup takes about two minutes, with no waitlist and no card required to begin. Try Mnemia.
You capture a session: record it live, upload audio or a transcript, or write it up yourself. Mnemia turns it into a recap, homework, and a brief for next time, and every word stays yours to edit. See how it works.
Yes. AI is a per-client choice, not a condition. Each client decides at their first sign-in and can change their mind anytime, and the choice is enforced on our servers. With AI off, you write the session up yourself in the same structure and shared space.
Consent and visibility are built into Mnemia. Each client chooses whether AI touches their sessions. Clients can see what Mnemia holds about them, export it, or delete it, and consent receipts can be printed and signed. Your private notes and reflections are never shown to them. Talk to us.
