  1. Record sessions live

    LatestFeature

    You can now record a session right inside Mnemia. Press Record, coach as you normally would, and we transcribe as you go and run the full session analysis the moment you stop, with no file to export or upload afterwards.

    • A Record session button on your dashboard and on each client.
    • Live transcription while you record; the full 7-section analysis runs the moment you press Stop.
    • Crash recovery: if the tab closes mid-session, you can pick up and finish from what was captured.

    • Records on laptops, desktops, Android phones, and iPhone/iPad.
    • On iPhone and iPad we tell you up front that locking the screen stops recording, and flag afterwards if any audio was missed, never a silent gap.

  2. AI processing moved to Switzerland and the EU

    Security

    All AI processing now runs in Switzerland and the EU. Your audio is transcribed in Switzerland and analysed in the EU, so no session content leaves the region to be processed.

    • Speech-to-text runs on Microsoft Azure in Switzerland (Switzerland North, Zurich).
    • Analysis and document processing run on Azure in the EU (Sweden Central).
    • Content is processed transiently to produce your results and is never used to train AI models.

  3. See and control what Mnemia knows about you

    Feature

    New transparency and data tools for both coaches and clients: a plain-language view of everything Mnemia holds about you, with consent, export, and self-service deletion built in.

  4. Mnemia, your between-sessions workspace

    Feature

    The first version of Mnemia: bring a coaching session in as audio or a transcript, and get back a structured recap, suggested homework, and a pre-session brief for next time, written in your own voice.

    • Upload an audio recording or a transcript; Mnemia transcribes and analyses it into a structured session recap.
    • Review and assign the suggested homework, and open the pre-session brief before your next meeting.
    • Per-client context that builds over time, plus a practice profile so the analysis reads in your own style.

  5. Private by design

    Security

    Privacy is built into the foundation, not added later. Your data is hosted in Switzerland, session content is encrypted with a key unique to each coach, and audio is never stored.
