About Mnemia
Think of Mnemia as the canvas and the paint; you (the coach) hold the brush. It lays the groundwork of the whole coaching relationship and keeps the busywork off your plate, so all your skill goes into the interaction itself, not the admin around it. Your client watches the canvas take shape, their own clear, evolving view of where they are. It all lives in one transparent, accountable place, so the coaching builds into one continuous picture instead of a string of disconnected sessions.
The problem we’re solving
Coaches do their best work when they’re fully present. But every session creates a second job: notes to write up, recaps to send, homework to assign, threads to pick back up next time. That memory work pulls attention away from the conversation, and over weeks context quietly slips, what a client said a month ago, the small commitment they made, the breakthrough worth returning to.
We came to this from the other side of the table, as coachees ourselves. Before each session we would spend time recalling what the last one had covered and the homework we had agreed to, and that preparation quietly pulled us out of the conversation we were there to have. When we talked it over with coaches, we heard the mirror image: significant time spent before and after every session, prepping and writing things up.
The same gap sat in the middle of both experiences, the quiet space between sessions where the memory should live but rarely does. Mnemia is what we built to fill it, so the remembering happens on its own and everyone gets to stay present in the room.
Who we are
Mnemia is built by two partners who decided to solve this together.
Christophe is a serial prototyper and builder who works on his own painpoints until they turn into products. The most recent was the friction around coaching and therapy, which became Mnemia. He builds it end to end through his studio 0xCreativeMind, from the brand and interface to the encryption that keeps every session private and Swiss-hosted, and started Mnemia to build the calm, trustworthy alternative he wanted to exist.
Empowered by recent AI advancements, Yacine is a Product Manager who turns concepts into reality at high velocity, a dynamic showcased through his portfolio at The Brahmi Company. His involvement in Mnemia is deeply personal. As an active consumer of coaching for his own introspection, he experienced firsthand the systemic loss of context between sessions. Driven by the desire to build a flawless user experience and share this entrepreneurial adventure with Chris, he engineered the automated memory layer he wanted as a coachee.
The story behind the mark
The Mnemia mark is an M built from two soft peaks cradling a single terracotta seed. The two peaks are two sessions, the real rhythm of coaching: session, gap, session. The M rises twice because a week later you come back up to the same client and the same context.
The valley between them is the space between sessions, and it is exactly where Mnemia lives. The coach is not in the room during the gap, but the context is, quietly turning a raw session into insight. The seed sits at the lowest, stillest point of that valley, because that is where memory settles once the noise clears: the one insight worth carrying to the next session. It is terracotta against sage on purpose, the single warm, human thing the system protects and hands back.
Two sessions, the space between them, and the one thing worth remembering, held at the centre.
